Daniel has worked in several markets including house of worship, educational & corporate AV production, with clients such as City of Scottsdale, Gila River Indian Community, John C. Lincoln Hospitals, and the Herberger Theater Center. Daniel has had the opportunity to work with architects, engineers, contractors and end-users to create incredible entertainment experiences. Daniel has also served in churches as an ordained minister in Arizona for over 10 years.
This diverse insight and background enables Daniel to understand the creative needs and technical requirements of corporate activities, performance venues and modern houses of worship.

**Kobus Van Der Merwe**
*Director of Purchasing & Logistics*

Kobus graduated University and spent the first 10 years of his life learning about the Construction Industry in South Africa. After this work, Kobus moved on to become an Independent Project Manager in the construction industry specializing as a Client Representative. He has also served on the Boards of Directors of many companies during his career.
Kobus brings a vast amount of skill & knowledge to the operational side of 5WM, with the knowledge of improving processes and procedures in order to quality control projects to benefit of clients. He is excited to join the 5WM Team!

**Audra Mollohan**
*Director of Finance & Administration*

Audra has spent the last 13 years working in many facets of customer service and sales, utilizing her skills in personal relations and organization. Having previously worked in the pool industry, she has overseen large company account purchasing while scheduling the phases of construction projects.
Audra has performed as a vocalist for many years and her passion with performing arts allows her a unique insight on the dynamics that AV and lighting can bring to venues.

**Matthew Turrigiano**
*Director Of Operations*

Matt is a husband and father of four who who has lived in various places around the country and world but now has called Arizona home for the past 14 years. Matt has extensive ministry experience having spent over 20 years in full-time ministry as a pastor and worship & creative/technical arts pastor both locally and abroad.
In addition to his ministry experience, Matthew holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Theory, Leadership and Administration and excels in developing strategies, managing multilayered projects and executing organizational goals to ensure efficiency and overall success. He has a passion for Jesus, family, fine food and wine and vintage guitar gear!

Brent comes to us with over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership. His passion for sales started in college when he completed a summer internship selling books door-to-door. Since then he has worked across multiple industries and has worked hard to be an effective communicator and storyteller. His business super powers are problem solving, process development, and people development. As a husband and father of four children, he loves to spend time with the family camping, fishing, or watching a movie. In his free time he enjoys playing basketball or slow cooking pork ribs.

**Myles Cirillo**
*Director of Engineering*

Myles has worn many hats in the lighting and entertainment industry with years of management, design, applications, sales and systems engineering. Also product development, field service - programming and commissioning jobs, project management, and quotations experience. He has worked in the AVL industry for over forty years mostly in lighting-LED, theatrical, architectural, and commercial markets.
Myles holds a Bachelors of Science degree in engineering from California State University, Fullerton. He currently resides in the historic city of Gettysburg, PA. He enjoys helping others and has served in various worship and tech teams and in church leadership boards for over two decades. He has been married to his wonderful wife since 1981. They have two wonderful grown children, four amazing grand-kids, and love to travel.

Jason is a follower of Christ, husband, and father of two little girls. He was born in Oklahoma and grew up in Ohio. Jason and his family moved to Arizona 6 years ago and have not looked back. Jason has been a lover of music his whole life. He believes that some of the best time spent with the Lord is through music. He spent 8 years traveling and singing as a Southern Gospel recording artist. He has spent the last 15 years of his professional career in a sales role in various industries from the auto industry, Harley-Davidson, and lastly in commercial lighting where he managed public sector accounts. He is excited to combine his passion for the Lord through the arts and his skills in serving people to the 5WM team.

David has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 30+ years. Living in different parts of the United States and traveling the world in ministry has provided David with many cultural experiences. As an ordained Minister and Worship Leader for over 20 years, David believes that loving God and loving people is the most important part of being a follower of Jesus Christ.
With over 20+ years of Executive Leadership in the corporate world, David has introduced businesses to new technologies and helped develop creative ways to help them do what they do best. David is excited to use both his corporate and ministry skills to help churches do what they are called to do: populate the kingdom.

Ashlen has been in Arizona since starting at GCU in 2018 serving several different churches in different roles while at GCU and post-graduation. He spent several years fulfilling the role of Technical Director at two Arizona churches and enjoyed his time in those roles and being able to serve the community surrounding him. He is passionate about seeing churches thrive and continue to increase their reach of the Gospel through AVL.

Juliana is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in administration, specializing in the unique environment of a church community. She is thrilled to be part of the Sales and Marketing team at 5 Words Media. Juliana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communication from the American University, where she honed her skills in effective communication and strategic planning. Outside of work, Juliana treasures spending time with her family, baking desserts, and enjoying the outdoors.

Paul found his passion for AVL largely from his time in college when he majored in film and video production. He spent these years working on the details and fine-tuning his skills on film sets and in the broadcast booth. This gave him an opportunity to lead the AVL for his church’s youth room. After college, Paul decided to become an electrician. He spend several years understanding high voltage electrical circuits, but his love for AVL ultimately brought him to 5WM where he strives to glorify God in everything he does.

Steve is a husband and dad to four awesome kids. He was born and raised in Arizona. Steve spent 14 years in law enforcement, and has been an Audio Engineer for over 25 years As a audio professional he has worked with bands from Audio Adrenaline to the Beach Boys and countless corporate shows. He was a Production Manager and Audio Engineer for one of the largest churches in America. Steve brings many years of AVL experience to 5 Words Media.

Mike has been working in production and the AVL industry since 2010. He brings a wide range of experiences to the table including lighting, building stages, corporate A/V, and working with large national events in AVL. Mike has worked on shows with clients such as the Jacksonville Jaguars, James Taylor, Train, and Cheap Trick.
Mike is also an avid musician and has been playing music since he was 10. He started with the violin, and now is an avid guitar and bass player. Mike holds an AA in Commercial Music and Recording from American River College.
Mike loves the outdoors and hiking, exploring and traveling. He would love to visit Europe and Japan, and all of the other continents. Mike is also a foodie and loves to try new things.

**Christian Cormier**
*Outside* *Sales Engineer*

Christian comes to 5WM while spending 23 years in full-time ministry serving his local church as an assistant pastor. He has overseen the AVL for his church’s live and post production. He has a passion to see churches of all sizes and denominations utilize technology available to them to advance God’s Kingdom.Christian lives in the San Diego area with is wife, three children, and his first grand baby.

Rachel started working for 5 Words Media with over 15 years of customer service experience. Owning her own business for over 6 of those years in the Salon Industry has given her great skills in Administration and Management.
Even though she is not a musician herself she has a great love for Music and is excited to be a part of the 5 Words Media family.

Melody comes from a theater and house of worship background, with over 17 years of multidisciplinary live production experience. She grew up around church stages, but her passion for AVL began in high school theatre, where she was blessed to be part of a large theatre company. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work alongside many churches to create life impacting events, experiences, and creative installations.
She and her husband Joseph live in Michigan, where one of them enjoys the winter snow. She spends her free time listening to audiobooks, playing video games, and learning new skills.

**Michael Wallace**
*IT and Benching Technician*

Michael Wallace first forayed into AV production when he volunteered to run sound for his youth group in 2015. He soon became involved as a youth leader and went on to play in the main worship band for 3 years as a keyboardist. He always wanted to go to school for digital arts, and graduated from GCU with a bachelor’s in Digital Film. In his spare time, he produces and edits film projects and does freelance screenwriting. Michael is excited to bring his organizational skills to the 5WM team!

Jacob comes to 5WM with a background in manufacturing. He moved to Phoenix to be a part of the tech team with a church plant, and working for 5 Words Media was a perfect next step for him to take in his professional career.
Outside of work, Jacob is a avid video gamer who enjoys gaming on Xbox and PC. He loves football and basketball, whether on a video game screen, on the TV, or playing with his friends.
Jacob hails from Joplin, Missouri. He has five sisters and three brothers and is the second youngest of 9. Jacob's family is important to him, and 5WM is very happy to have him a part of ours!

**Collin Gourley**
*Digital Marketing Specialist*

Collin has grown up with a passion in the AV production/church world, and has involvement with CCV as one of their worship leaders and recording music/sound engineering. Working his way up, Collin has been a lead technician, engineer, and is now the Digital Marketing Specialist.
Collin is excited to be a part of the 5WM team, and is committed to serve people directly and with high quality and standards for 5WM.

Tammy brings over 40 years of experience from a variety of positions including; customer service, sales, accounting, office management, wife and mother. Her love of helping others and a desire to be challenged and grow is what drew her to 5 Words Media. Her goal is to utilize her varied skills to provide excellent support for staff and customers alike.
As a musician and worship leader, she has seen many changes in the AV industry. Working behind the scenes is where she shines!

Josh joins our team from Orlando, FL and has over 20 years of AVL experience working in and with churches. He was previously the lighting director for a large church in the Orlando area. He is a husband to an incredible wife and father to one amazing teenager.
Josh loves spending time with his family, going to theme parks and being a nerd at heart has a love for table top gaming, hosting monthly game nights for his close friends.
Josh brings a unique understanding of ministry as his Father is a Pastor and Josh spent several years as a Worship Pastor before taking on the mantle of lighting designer for his last church before joining the team at 5 Words. He is excited to bring his passion for excellence and attention to detail to every project he is involved with.

Karezz first fell in love with Church production as a young kid spending lots of hours with his dad at church on Wednesdays, Sundays, and throughout the week. As he entered high school he realized Ministry was what he was called too which was when he began to serve on the tech team and band at his church. From there he furthered his knowledge of AVL through an internship in 2019 and has continued to grow and learn through multiple positions as a worship and technical director in the South east and Midwest. Because of Karezz’s experience being a technical director it helps him better understand the needs and budget of different 5 Words media clients since he knows what it’s like to be on the other side of a big project.

Jason has a background in operations management. He spent over 20 years as a retail manager overseeing multi-unit markets across different states. He also worked for 9 years in insurance, including roles as a injury adjuster, trainer, facilitator and auto claims manager, and holds a MBA from Grand Canyon University.
Jason has been a worship leader since 1991. He currently serves in his local church as an Associate Pastor over music and production. He loves building teams and developing musicians, singers and worship leaders to their fullest potential. Having grown up in Hawai’i, he loves surfing and skateboarding. On his off days you can catch him riding his Onewheel.

Melissa is originally form Utah, and relocated to AZ while she was in grade school. After graduating high school, she worked in real estate and also became a licensed cosmetologist. Prior to working at 5 Words Media, Melissa had over 9 years of experience in purchasing with various companies. She also assisted her husband in launching their own successful small business, which he currently runs. Melissa has two boys and loves being a mom. She enjoys cooking for her family, and absolutely loves to travel. Her perfect destination is anywhere with a beach or an ocean, and would love to vacation in Italy in the not-too-distant future!

Rick got into the A/V industry in the early 2000s and spent many years as a tech before transitioning into management. Most of Rick's A/V work was in the corporate and education environment. He is a father of four young adults and a grandfather of four. In his free time, Rick enjoys forex and crypto trading, visiting comedy clubs, and watching movies.

Meet Slater, venturing into the world of audiovisual wonders for the first time. Slater brings genuine curiosity to 5 Words Media. A proud Arizonian, he spent his upbringing basking in the desert sun. Beyond work, his interests span movies and music, and he treasures moments with loved ones.
